If you did not arrive from one of my ads, I record nothing about your visit
No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no third-party tracker, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by me. Ordinary visits are not counted by me and not profiled. My host keeps standard server logs with IP addresses in them, the same as every web host, and that is listed further down with the other third parties.
The exception is a visit that starts with a click on one of my Google Ads. Google puts an identifier on the link, I keep it for the length of the browser tab, and two things get recorded while you are there: that you finished the diagnostic, and that you clicked a booking button. Each record holds the name of the event, that ad identifier, and which page you were on. Nothing else, and nothing you typed. If you never arrived from one of my ads, none of this runs at all. The code is served from my own domain and you can read it at /ss-attrib.js.
The calculator keeps your numbers, and the diagnostic scores you in your browser
The qualification calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your contract value, your close rate and your retainer length are never transmitted to me or to anyone else. That is not a policy, it is how it is built: there is no code path that sends them.
The diagnostic also scores you in your browser, and the verdict appears with no email required. If you then ask me to email you the readout, that submission sends me your address, the readout text itself, which channel to start with, and the ad identifier if you carried one. Nothing goes until you type an address and press the button.
Where an ad identifier can end up attached to you
Being straight about this, because it is the part most policies bury. On its own the identifier is not attached to anything about you. But if you ask for your readout, or you book a call, it travels with that request. So for people who choose to get in touch, I can see which ad produced a real conversation, which is the entire reason I keep it. Those two are the only places it is ever joined to a person, and both of them are things you chose to send me.
What I hold
Your email address and your readout, if you asked for the readout. Your email address in my mailing tool, if you subscribed to the blog. Whatever you type into the booking form when you book a call, which sits in Cal.com and reaches my calendar and my inbox. And if you arrived from an ad, a short row for each of the two events above. Nothing else.
I do not sell or rent anyone's address, I do not buy advertising lists, and I do not share what I hold with anyone beyond the tools named below.
Third parties that receive something because of how the site is built
Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. Google Fonts serves the two typefaces, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Cal.com powers the booking, and its script loads with the page, so Cal.com also receives your IP address the same way Google Fonts does, plus whatever you type if you book. Resend sends the readout and the blog emails. Those four are the complete list.
What your own browser stores
Your light or dark preference, so the site does not flip on you. A draft of anything you type into the profile optimizer, so a refresh does not lose your work, which stays on your machine and never reaches me. And the ad identifier, for the length of the tab, if you arrived from an ad. You can clear all of it through your browser's site data.
The blog emails carry a one-click unsubscribe and it works the first time. The readout is a single email and not a list: asking for it does not sign you up for anything, and I do not send you anything else because of it.
What you can ask me to do
Ask me what I hold about you and I will tell you. Ask me to delete it and I will, and I will confirm when it is done. Email vlad@spacesales.agency. There is no form and no ticket queue; it reaches me directly.
